1. General Terms

2. Payments and Refunds
2.1 Payment Terms: Payments for services must be made in full before any work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.2 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our digital services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.
2.3 Late Payments: If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is made.
3. Web Design Services
3.1 Project Timelines: We strive to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays due to client inaction, revisions, or unforeseen technical issues may extend the delivery timeline.
3.2 Client Responsibilities: The client must provide all necessary content, images, and other required materials in a timely manner.
3.3 Revisions: Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
3.4 Ownership: Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership of the completed website design. We retain the right to use the project for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.
4. Guest Post Services
4.1 Payment Terms: Payment is required as soon as a post goes live. If a post remains unpaid for more than 7 days, it will be temporarily removed until payment is received.
4.2 Content Compliance: Posts must adhere to our publisher’s requirements. We reserve the right to reject content that does not meet these standards.
4.3 Link Policy: Each guest post is allowed one do-follow link, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon in writing.
4.4 Indexing Disclaimer: Our service includes posting the article and inserting the agreed-upon link. If necessary, we will manually submit the post for indexing with search engines and provide proof of submission. However, we cannot guarantee that search engines will index the article, and no refunds will be issued on this basis.
5. User Conduct
5.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:
- Posting misleading or offensive content
- Engaging in spam, hacking, or data scraping
- Violating intellectual property rights
5.2 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Warranty: Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure services.
6.2 Limited Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Systemagic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership: All content, trademarks, and materials provided through our services remain the property of Systemagic LLC or our licensors.
7.2 License: Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services provided under these Terms. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data.
8.2 Third-Party Services: We may use third-party tools or services, and we are not responsible for their data handling practices.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1 Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations.
9.2 Arbitration: If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
